Charlotte began her career in change management consulting, working with both private and public sector clients. Inspired by her experiences helping friends and fellow parents at the school gate to rethink and refocus their careers after having children, she decided to retrain as a Career Coach. Charlotte also supports working couples to co-create their careers alongside their parenting.
Charlotte is a mother of three and is passionate about helping other working parents to achieve the career-life-family balance that works for them as their family changes and grows. She takes a pragmatic approach to coaching conversations. Recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for combining careers and small children, she provides a supportive space and guidance for clients to explore their changing priorities, focus on their strengths and values and make a plan that works for them. Her style balances gentle encouragement with thoughtful challenge, helping clients consider all available options and make their confident and happy return to work.
